This involved managing technical training, continuous learning role-related pathways, and customized e-learning using tools such as EdCast and Udemy. To support change management efforts, I developed an ADKAR-based strategy, stakeholder roadmaps, end-user training needs analyses, content development strategy, and resistance management plans.
